The Land was established in 2003, its scope of work expanded rapidly to include projects in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, Palestine, Kingdom of Bahrain, Qatar and UAE business unit.
In Qatar, The Land has invested approximately US $2.5 Billion in The Pearl project, which is built on an artificial island. It is developing 17 residential towers using state-of-the-art technology and design. The Land is also a primary partner in AJMAKAN, an eminent real estate project in Riyadh, with an estimated investment cost of US $1.8 billion. The project aims to develop an integrated commercial area, as well as palaces, villas and 5-star hotels.
The Land is also the biggest investor in King Abdullah Bin Abdel Aziz City in Jordan, with an investment value of approximately $350 Million. The company is developing this project over a number of set phases; which include villas, buildings and commercial complexes.

A Strategic Partnership between the Palestinian Investment Fund and The Land Holding
Arduna Real Estate Development Company was established as part of the partnership agreement between the Palestine Investment Fund and The Land Holding in May 2008; which calls for the founding of a company that would be responsible for developing the land in the Ersal area in the Ramallah and al Bireh region. The investment is expected to exceed $US 200 million.
The launching of Adruna this year marked the first concrete step towards the realization of one of the most important and largest real estate projects in Palestine.
