Project Facilities
In preparation for the development of the Ersal Center, Arduna's has defined an initial vision for the project, which is expected to encompass several social, commercial and residential amenities. Ersal Center is designed to offer the highest standards in service to Palestinians in order to meet and exceed all of their needs and wishes. The project is expected to include the following facilities:

- Residential towers
- A 5-star hotel
- Restaurants and entertainment facilities
- Shopping centers
- Green Areas
- Pedestrian walkways

Ersal Center is Arduna's first project in Ramallah and Al-Bireh, located on Al-Ersal Land. Ersal Center is a multiuse project that will offer a variety of services and facilities to create a harmonious commercial, recreational and family environment. As a result, the project will assist in enhancing the economic and social life in Ramallah, Al-Bireh and most of the central region of the West Bank.
Nature of Ersal Center
The total value of investment in this project is expected to amount to more than $200 Million. Ersal Center will be developed within an integrated plan that corresponds to the development requirements of the region. The project is expected to serve more than 800,000 Palestinians living in Ramallah, Al-Bireh, and the central region of the West Bank, including Jerusalem.
